The ability to extract data from multiple sources in one place - very useful for any size business or organization looking at consolidating their information into 1 system/place; also allows you access historical records which can be helpful when trying to identify trends within your organisation's performance over time etc.; easy user interface allowing simple navigation between screens without having too many steps required (easy); good support staff available via chat facility as well if needed during working hours- not really much else I would like more options given with some features being quite basic & limited compared other systems out there but it does its job! Excellent product providing all our needs including reporting functions such has Excel pivot tables are excellent feature we use them daily.
