Review on Dell-Inspiron Laptop Charger: Extra-Long AC Adapter Power Cord for 15-3000, 15-5000, 15-7000, 11-3000, 13-5000, 13-7000, and XPS 13 Series - UL Listed by Troy Larson

When in doubt about which cable to choose, this is it! I have bought many cheap ones and this one seems to be very well made. When I bought my last laptop, I bought an extra power cord to have one in my office and one in my sewing shop. I bought the Dell brand to make sure I was getting a good cable and want it to last a long time. It didn't last long - only about 6 months. I called Dell to replace it and they said they don't support purchases made on Aamzon even though the seller was Dell. Pooh. I paid extra for the Dell brand and they don't support it?! Anyway, I had to buy another one, and I preferred these to the cheap ones (cheap adapter, $15, this one is Pwr+, $22, and Dell, $30, just to give you an idea). This is such a great adapter! The cable is nice and long, there's an indicator on the 'brick' part so you can tell right away if it's working, and the cable doesn't feel cheap at all like some of them. I am very happy with this purchase and will definitely use Pwr+ for any power supplies I may need in the future. Can't comment on the durability of the adapter at the moment, but I'll update my review if I have any issues with it. I have a Dell Inspiron 17 7000 series and it works great with it. Update after almost 4 months of use: This power supply is still like new. I move it from place to place often and have had no problems. I'm here to buy another one so I can power my laptop to multiple places in my house and not have to move the cord. worth your money.
