Big mess with no smell

It was a disaster. The melted wax doesn't break into quarters but crumbles into a pulp that requires a spoon to heat. They also require a lot of rubbing to remove the product as it tends to stick and smear in warmer dishes. The aroma is pleasant in the packaging cup, then gone. To explain, I installed 2 heating pads in a SMALL house, less than 1000 square feet, the smell varies from faint to non-existent. I feel cheated. :(
