I like that it gives you insight into how well your team or department is performing, so can help identify areas of improvement for better results. It's difficult to use sometimes because there are too many options available which make finding what one wants tricky! There could be more standard features included by default (e.g. reports). Also would appreciate an option to have all users access at once rather than having to set up profiles per user each time. Great way to get instant feedback from everyone within my organisation about their work practices.
