This tool helps me to create my own reports, which is great because I like being able of creating things that are not available by default! It takes some time for it adapts your data but once you get familiar with its interface this process gets much faster; if there's anything wrong or missing just contact sales support team as they can help out really fast especially when our account manager works from home (we're located all over Europe). I like that it's easy to use,it has great visuals which makes me feel more comfortable with my decisions. It also helps you make better choices when making your decision by using its different tools such as matrixes etc. The only downside is sometimes i get confused between some of them because they are similar but not exactly same! So if you want an all rounder tool then this software will be perfect for you!! Great product especially when looking at organisational effectiveness & leadership…

I like that it gives you insight into how well your team or department is performing, so can help identify areas of improvement for better results. It's difficult to use sometimes because there are too many options available which make finding what one wants tricky! There could be more standard features included by default (e.g. reports). Also would appreciate an option to have all users access at once rather than having to set up profiles per user each time. Great way to get instant feedback…
