From the operating system point of view this laptop works very well and I had no problems with the software needed. Hence the two stars. I'm much less impressed with how it's put together: my keyboard's bezel is warped in the middle and has an upward curve, causing the touchpad to be misaligned and making me barely able to use it. Right click on it. The icing on the cake is that this company's return policy says they will charge you 10% for a "restocking fee" if you open the box it comes in, as if you could spot such imperfections by checking your Put your ear to the cardboard. If you decide to buy this laptop from this seller, I hope you have better luck than me.
