Update: Effectiveness in one fell swoop - False advertising. This thing is destroying my neck and under my chin/jaw. Every time I use it I get new irritated pores and ingrown hairs. The experience with this razor is no different than the more expensive model I had a few years ago. It seems that if you clean and oil it, it will be better than an expensive model. Cheaper foil. A cleaning station and the purchase of liquid are no longer necessary. The only thing I don't like is that I don't get all the hair at the nape of my neck due to the many directions of hair growth. This was my take on the more expensive model I had. It seems to be a sacrifice made so as not to damage the skin.
