Easy to use. It includes the cables needed to connect up to 4 computers. I connected my HDMI cable from the monitor to the KVM's HDMI input port and the wireless mouse and keyboard transceiver to one of the KVM's USB input ports. I then connected USB and HDMI cables to each of my computers. This KVM performs better than my previous, more expensive 2-port KVM, which had poorly designed connector mounting screws that were too short to insert. I contacted an imbecile manufacturer who said I was wrong. Goodbye forever!
