Review on Organize and Preserve Your Vinyl Collection with Way Basics Vintage Vinyl Record Cube - Black (Tool-Free Assembly, Fits 170 LP Albums) by Andrea Lee

Cheap product but there are ways to make it work (C+)

Rating: C+ (on its own) This shelf is inherently non-standard to say the least. With a little extra effort you can use it as a high quality vinyl sleeve - read on below. So everything I read in the reviews put me off buying this device. Bad material, bad design, no instructions. The fact is that this is a much cheaper way compared to buying parts and assembling the device yourself. So, knowing that it's basically chipboard assembled with dowels and double-sided tape, I used wood glue to supplement. Instead of gluing cheap pieces of wood together (yes, that's included in the box), I glued them together with wood glue, making the bond stronger than most wood fibers. I highly recommend this if you are buying a set. It costs about $3 more, but you won't throw it away after a month of use. I hope the manufacturer reads this and updates the product because it could be a lot better. TLDR: Tangible value but really dumb guide and build method alone deserve C+. Buy wood glue so it will last much longer.
