The best thing about this tool is that it integrates with all our apps so we dont have to manually collect leads for each app, just one place do everything! It also gives us insights into what are good performing activities within these platforms which helps identify where future improvements can be made in lead generation efforts. One issue I face sometimes when using inbox parser as well as other solutions like Hubspot or Marketo is how much information they require me to give them at once time. This makes gathering info very tedious especially if there's more than 1 person involved. If i could get some sort of automated process going then things would improve greatly. As mentioned above - integration with multiple tools/apps but still able to see their performance individually too.
