This shirt is 100% cotton and therefore holds a wrinkle. It should be ironed in order to look polished especially if you order black. I ordered a small and wear a size 4 and am 5ft tall. Shirt is only loose fit in body width (22" across vs 19" for another typical black shirt I own). After washing and drying on delicate this shirt fit as expected with the exception if you roll the sleeve up (which all the vendors photos are). I consider myself to have a smaller forearm than average and yet when sleeve is rolled 3x it fits snug. If your forearm is larger than 9" in diameter this may not fit comfortably rolled up. Photos shows one arm rolled, one arm unrolled. The sleeve cuff isn't impressive, only one button closure and shorter slit (hence why it's difficult to roll- as well as being a narrow cut sleeve diameter in comparison to a regular dress shirt sleeve). I included a photo of a shirt I already owned next to OMSJ shirt to show cuffs for comparison. Made in China.
