Review on πŸ₯§ Silver Fat Daddio's 10 x 1.5 Inch PIE-10 Pie Pan by Marcos Oner

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good heat distribution, great weight, looks great and cooks great.

Very nice frying pans. You are more than a portion of cake. More like a cake the size of two MANs. I'm saying this because my husband said no we don't have to share ONE pie, he wanted a whole pie because you know they're small. Well we had leftovers from our TWO cakes for 2 days. Next time he will share for sure. They're deep and cool. That means it's a little harder to put in a pie crust and still get a thin crust. You may find this a positive or a negative depending on how you use it and what your pie crust skills are. Steep sides mean you get more PIE than with a sloping pan. Haven't tried quiches but I think this would be good and easier to make as it has a crumb crust to create the cool sides. The crusts are well browned on top, sides and bottom, which means good even heat distribution. The lip is big enough to form a nice shape around the edges. Nothing bad to say except they are quite pricey as I bought some for the turkey pie with leftovers. I make meat pies every time I cook a large piece of meat, which means we don't get tired of the meat and quickly eat it for later just to pop it out of the freezer and into the oven.

Pros

Cons
