I ordered it on the 19th and it arrived on the 24th which is pretty good for Hawaii and was the expected delivery date. The shipping box was a bit extra just for this item. The remote control came with the battery already installed, so everything was fine. It is used on the 2009 Hummer H2 which does not require any special tools to program/pair with the vehicle. The instruction card directed me to a website with programming instructions. I actually used the instructions in the vehicle's owner's manual before looking online, but the website showed the same steps. This is a four button remote control. Locking and unlocking works without problems. I haven't tried the panic or remote start buttons yet. This remote is easier to open than the originals to change the battery and I could only manage with my fingernails. That's good now that I've hollowed out the plastic casing on the previous remotes by prying them out with a screwdriver. Hopefully it stays tight and doesn't loosen over time. Great price, fast delivery, easy installation, works great, looks great - what more could you ask for?
