When it comes to bike lights, BrightRoad is one of the most reliable brands out there. That's why I was so excited to receive their Clip Mounts for my BR-S80/BR-S40/BR-10 lights. Unfortunately, while the clip mounts themselves are well-made and sturdy, I found that they didn't always provide the best illumination. On the positive side, the mounts are super easy to clip onto your bike frame, and they hold the lights securely in place even on bumpy rides. Plus, they're adjustable, so you can position your light exactly where you need it. That being said, I was disappointed to find that the angle of the light wasn't always optimal for my needs. Depending on how I had the mount positioned, I sometimes found that the light was shining too high or too low, which made it hard to see the road ahead. It's not a deal-breaker by any means, but it did make me wish that the mounts were a bit more versatile. All in all, I'd say that the BrightRoad Clip Mounts are worth considering if you're looking for a simple and reliable way to attach your bike lights to your frame. Just be aware that you may need to do some experimenting to get the best visibility.
