My daughter doesn't have woman legs but I followed the reviews and ordered the Wide. She wears a size 11 Vans which she wears every day and they still fit into a size 10. I think she has a total of 10.5. I ordered 11.5W and it fits her perfectly. Shoes are actually narrow for wide. And the length fits her perfectly with some wiggle room but her ankles won't slide in and out. She is comfortable and loves to wear it, even on her fingertips like wearing flat shoes.
