This product performs exactly as marketed. It's easy to use. Easy to clean and if you get the extra large version like mine, it rubs your back like you would expect. This is a great product and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys rubbing their back in the shower and getting into those hard to reach places. One side is designed for hard objects, while the other is "thin" and soft for intensive cleaning.
