The customer service was incredible! They were always available to answer my questions, and they did not hesitate to help me when I had an issue. The prices are very reasonably priced considering the level of support we got. I would say that there is little about this host that I do not like. If you are looking for a managed solution with great customer service, then go ahead and give them a try. We needed some extra work done after our server crashed. They were able to get everything back up and running in less than 24 hours. It is pretty good managed service, with lots of options to customize your server as you need it. They can be very helpful in solving any question related to server management. I do not have any dislike for this product yet, everything seems fine so far. We are using the cloud servers from handy networks. This has really helped us to lower the cost of our server, it is quite cheaper compared to other companies.
