Review on BLUBOON Vintage Backpack Leather Rucksack Backpacks for Casual Daypacks by Marco Cervantes

We were very happy with this bag when it arrived. We were surprised by the number of pockets and storage, and the materials seemed really strong and durable. We also really liked the style, design and functionality of the bag, as well as the price! We bought a backpack for our daughter who was in 8th grade about two months ago. She wanted a sleek black drawstring bag that was also strong and durable enough to hold her textbooks, notebooks, a binder and sometimes a laptop, plus of course pens and pencils and a bottle of water. There's plenty of room in the pack for everything she needs and we didn't have any complaints about it until a few weeks ago when we noticed that the stitching at the bottom of the strap was starting to loosen for some reason. Now, only about 2 months after purchase, the arm strap has come off completely and it is very difficult for my daughter to use the backpack. :'(We really wanted to give this bag a 5 star rating and are very disappointed that we couldn't, but a backpack like this should last much longer than a couple of weeks without falling apart. I've seen other reviews of those Durability of this product and I really hope to get an answer from the seller regarding a fast and quick solution to this problem.
