The platform is very flexible so it can be used as an ERP or CRM solution by itself if that’s what one needs at first place (or even without). It has some great features like integration of other software solutions which makes life easier when working together within our team - we use this feature often! I don't have any dislikes about zigFlow but there are few things i would say could improve its functionality-it should support custom fields better than now; also having possibility not only show all data available into table view mode instead just showing records count might help us organize work faster sometimes ;-) We're solving problems related sales process optimization using ZIGFLOW toolset while maintaining customer relationship management part through Salesforce org database connected via API bridge between them both.-.
