I ordered 6 packs of men's socks for my husband as we have a puppy who likes to chew his own socks. I order a lot of socks for him and rarely find a pack of 6 socks for less than $17 (at the time of this review). I was thrilled that the product information listed sports socks with a thick pad. Unfortunately, they are not thick at all, but rather thin. Now don't get me wrong, thin socks have a great place in life and are appreciated, but if you list thick socks in your description, I expect that. These are really good socks. They come in a pack of 3 colors (2 of each) and fall just above the ankle. They are made of 80% cotton, 17% polyester and 3% spandex and fit shoe sizes 8-11. My husband is very happy with them and will wear them with tennis shoes but for work where he needs a thicker, softer lining he will look elsewhere. I recommend them but be aware they are not thick socks.
