I am the kind of person who would rather keep quiet than say anything negative, but in this case I have to. There is no doubt it's a good product, but shortly after I bought it the wind knocked the tables over and I found them laying on the ground when I returned home. Admittedly, it was higher winds that day than usual. One table sustained damage. the top got detached from the frame and got considerably bent. I reached out to the customer service, they said it's does not fall under warranty. I said; Fair enough and mentioned that I paid a lot of money for this and don't want to throw it, so please let me know if I can just buy one table? I thought I will pay extra - better than losing all the money. I got a one line response back, basically saying; No. I am not sure what you think, but I think a brand name like "Stiga" in ping pong should have helped out, especially when someone is even willing to even pay $$$. Very disappointed in the company - I would definitely research company/customer service reviews for my next table.**EDIT** I am changing the rating from 1 to 5 Stars - After I left the above review, Ben from customer care reached out (his response below) and was able to find an amicable solution. I am happy that my $500 investment was not a complete loss just because of one accident. I always maintained the product was good, the customer care eventually stepped up and proved to be good well!
