I have used this product for myself and for one of my clients to deal with ongoing pain. I just tooled the reference point and adjacent areas and she was amazed that all the pain was gone. You should consider learning these tools to see if you can do it yourself at home with this kit. The only thing I would like are instructions and pictures that give more information on how to use these tools. There are no instructions at all. Only tools in the box. The quality of the instrument is good!
