Yes, I know the Audio Technica AT-LP1240-USB is marketed as a "DJ" player and logically it should have been . comes with a felt turntable mat, but it's also a great audiophile turntable and I don't know why they didn't include a silicone rubber mat with the felt. But the Fluance Turntable Platter Mat works great on this turntable and should work fine on any good quality turntable. The thickness is not significantly different from the replaced felt mat, so the alignment of the pen angle with the record surface is not affected.
