Review on Just Wireless Bluetooth Transmitter Hands Free by Jaleel Pruitt

This unit has worked great for almost 5 months. When trying to disconnect the cable from one of the charging ports, the cover came off and the inside of the USB part came out along with the cable. I immediately turned it off so as not to damage the machine with a short circuit. When it came to the connections, part of the connector was either stuck or not connected at all. The pins on the USB ports weren't touching anything, so I plugged it back in to see if the Bluetooth part would work, which it did. I contacted the manufacturer directly and they responded within hours with a form that I need to fill out and send along with the defective unit to get their lifetime warranty covered. After reading the form, not only did I have to pay to ship the device back, but I also had to include a check or money order for a $5 handling fee. For the $10-15 I get for a $25 unit replacement with and without a "lifetime warranty" for about 2 weeks while it is processed I would be better off getting another unit ( from another manufacturer) to choose and get it after 2 days. Again, the unit has worked great for the 5 months I've had it, but don't count on the warranty covering it if it fails.
