The material is soft and flows perfectly. The neckline is feminine and the sheer arms make this a perfect cocktail dress with sheer black tights and pretty shoes or dressy boots. I bought black and will wear with some black and red jewelry. The top is fitted. I bought small I’m 5’3 1/2 wt 128. If large busted you’d need a med. It is a beautiful dress!
