My dermatologist recommended this hand spot treatment for the night and sunscreen for the day. All of a sudden I have a lot of ugly age spots on my arm that make me look worse than I am. I said I used it on my more affected left hand to compare to my untreated right hand. After about 6 weeks I noticed the spots disappeared and I said I use it on my right hand too. My hand looks much better and most of the blemishes are gone or much lighter. I highly recommend this product.
