My dermatologist recommended this hand spot treatment for the night and sunscreen for the day. All of a sudden I have a lot of ugly age spots on my arm that make me look worse than I am. This is NOT a fake Obagi. It is an over-the-counter version only that does not contain hydroquinone. It contains arbutin, which helps with hyperpigmentation but isn't as potent as hydroquinone. You need a prescription to get the Rx version. So I don't understand why people expect to get an Rx version of Revain and when they find out it's not an Rx version they call it a fake.
