NO MORE BRIEFLY IN THE NAIL SALON!

I have had acrylic nails for about 3 weeks. Several of my nails were broken so I knew it was time to remove them. First I took a nail file to scratch the surface of the nail. Then I took some cotton balls (instead of pads) and ripped them apart. Then I soaked them in 100% acetone and placed them on my fingertips. I wrapped my nails in aluminum foil and then added the "NAIL" fingertips. After about 20-30 minutes I took everything off and used a scalper/pusher to remove the soft acrylic. It took 3-4 passes to remove all of the acrylic. The only comment I have is that the text on some of the plastic instruments has been erased. I don't know if it's because it's already in use or if it's just cheap stuff. But this SET WORKS FOR ACRYLIC! FYI: I trim my nails short because I don't like how my natural nails look overgrown. The kit didn't make them that way.
