SD cards from Kingston and Sandisk have a claimed lifespan of 10,000 hours for the 64GB model, which equates to just over 1 year of continuous HD video. Compare that to Samsung Endurance cards, which have a claimed lifespan of over 26,000 hours, which equates to 3 years of video. Considering that Samsung cards are much smaller than 2.6 times more expensive than others, why would you use other cards for continuous video recording? When moving to 128GB cards, the difference in price is currently very small, so Samsung isn't a problem.
