Great fit, the seam pops up after a few wears

I LOVE this hat because it's LOOSE and SO COMFORTABLE meaning I wanted a hat I could barely feel on my head. But after maybe a dozen times for very short periods of time each time the seam of the liner has already come loose from the outer hat. What on earth? Waste of money if the main seam is torn! And I didn't wash it, the seam came off the main sock, from a very small sock!
