I bought the Brava 6 in November 2019 and overall I like it. I then bought several sets of these mop heads for different occasions. I bought 6 sets of 2 (12 pads total). But only 4 worked at all. The remaining 8 give the message "Site not found". I made a mistake on the first 4 bad ones to send a replacement and ended up (postponed due to orders but within the return period) returning the originals. However, the replacement devices had the same problem and did not work. So I also sent them back from Amazon at the same time as the originals in separate packages with separate return details. My refund for returning all 8 pads was $0 and I lost $30 without showing anything. So now I'm waiting quite a long time before trying again. The pads, when they work, work great, but they always leave streaks - it seems inevitable. I don't care about the stripes, just guessing the floors are clean. My first 4 mop heads bought late 2019 are still in regular use and work great. I don't know why the latest batch of mop heads aren't working, but if this is happening to you I suggest you simply request a refund from Amazon rather than forcing them to send a replacement - just in case they do do not do. does not work too. .
