Review on Vinci Permanent Colors 3 4Oz CB_Blue by Stephanie Bolotova

Nice shade and we love the color. However, I wanted to warn people about a possible problem. It is NOT a self-activating dye. Little did I know when I ordered it that I would need to purchase the developer separately before trying it out. Many glowing dyes are self-contained—they either come with a developer or don't require a developer. It's not hard to find (stabilized hydrogen peroxide) but I don't have it on hand for hair care because I've never used it. Maybe it could be offered as a supplement if people buy it? If it were suggested I would buy it at the same time as this color. Otherwise I'm happy with the color.
