Passcode already set when I received luggage

So I opened the box and took a look at all three pieces of luggage and all three of them already had the passcode set when I got them. I can’t even set the lock myself. The corners of each luggage look worn. Almost like they had been used then returned. I bought the red ones and they are more of a brown/red color. They’ll serve their purpose but I’m not pleased.

Pros

The luggage is spacious enough to fit all of your clothing and belongings without bulging or expanding

Cons

The luggage may not have a built-in GPS tracker
