Our orthodontist recommended that you "train " your gums with Invisiline.

They were recommended by our orthodontist to "exercise" the gums and accelerate tooth movement with Invisiline braces. They work well for this purpose, but we found them to be too long. It did us good though because we cut them in half and ended up with twice as many Chewies. Otherwise it's quite expensive for a small piece of rubber.
