Great seat. Looks great on my 2002 Kawasaki Vulcan 500 (note I made some extreme modifications to make it non-stock). The seat is made of high quality leather material. Brass rivets and fasteners in the same color. Comes with quite a bit of mounting hardware, although mounting the seat springs can be a little tricky so I chose to hard mount mine. My only complaint is that the box it came in was a little smaller than it should have been. were, so he folded the skin in front and folded it over. Should be attached to fix it. Good product.
