The cables worked perfectly! JS Digital offered to replace them at a big discount, which I took advantage of while buying a set of different lengths (1ft, 3.3ft, 6.6ft). Unfortunately, all 6.6ft replacement cables had the same problem. Shorter cables (1ft and 3.3ft) worked fine. It just didn't seem plausible, so I decided to investigate further. I used a USB 3.0 port on my PC and my Samsung Galaxy S7 has a USB 2.0 port. Luckily, my PC also has a USB 2.0 port, so I retested 6.6ft cables with that port. YOU HAVE GREAT WORKS. Finally, JS Digital has delivered great customer service and great products!
