. I used this amp for a car audio project. My old head unit died so I built a radio out of a Raspberry Pi and two amplifiers. The sound quality was disgusting from the start. Lots of mids, but thin basses and no crisp highs. But it could be loud enough and it was cheap. One day I turned on the stereo and heard hiss and distortion only in the left channel. At first I thought my speaker had exploded. I swapped out cables, preamp and even the speaker itself, but the distortion remained. It was clearly an amplifier. it's going in the trash and I just need to find another amp.
