Review on ESPRO BLOOM Pour Over Coffee Brewer Set - Dual Filter Mode for Quick Coffee Brewing, Brushed Stainless Steel by Heidi Garcia

My first impression is that it's 3.5 stars - it speeds up pouring, but there are some odd design decisions that make it hard to decide between V60 or origami dripper, be it because I'm running out of filters. On the other hand, it works the same as other pour overs, but it's a little awkward to keep the shape of the filter when it's separate from the rest. The coffee was quite similar to the v60. Unfiltered, the combination of the steel plate and tiny holes makes it difficult for water to penetrate quickly enough before the heat emits some of the heat through the steel surface. I think there might be a very specific grind setting where it flows fast enough to stay warm, but not so fine that friends fail. Simply clean with a conditioner.
