I didn't use them to clean but they did what I wanted!
Bought for a pool party. I wanted the water balloons to be clutter free so I cut them into strips and wrapped a rubber band around the center to make reusable water balloons. It worked very well! You smell horribly! I washed them all in soapy water and let them dry before use. They get hard/crispy, but they worked for what I wanted them for. I can't tell you how clean they are!
