No tool for computer accessories and peripherals

I'm looking for a small hand tool to blow the chaff out of roasted coffee beans and have ignored previous reviews hoping this fan will suit me. Yes, blow out the chaff. No, I won't be able to keep using it as there is no easy way to hold it down other than by its tiny body while I juggle the coffee roaster. It's so easy it's easy to lose control of it.
