Great solution if your organization deals mostly online
It's good for screening new clients as well as existing ones that would like an extra layer or level of security when doing business with them.
I haven't used it yet but plan do so in order to utilize all its benefits once implemented. There are some areas where you can see improvements made by Riskscreen which will help improve customer service and client experience. Currently using this software at work (B2C) however have not been able use any other product than ours because they don't offer BtoE solutions.
Pros
- Very easy interface, very helpful system overall great way keep track of our customers data from multiple platforms without risking compromising their information; also has many useful ways through various mediums such social media channels available! Great Customer Service too fast response times/service provided is outstanding :) Would recommend highly!!
Cons
- Nothing really comes to mind currently..maybe future updates could lead towards certain features being more beneficial?
