This product is reliable but has two serious drawbacks. One of these has to do with the torque on the critical adjustment screws. They just can't be solved without a powerful drill (which we had to hire!) so adjustment becomes impossible. The second problem has to do with the horizontal bar that holds the TV. He came to me in a skinny. The set screws you have to use to align it don't adjust properly because there isn't enough dispersion to turn the wrench. So the TV is tilted. It took my son and brother-in-law almost 7 hours and several "alternative solutions" to get this working. I would have sent it back, but undoing the whole messy process seemed too complicated. My 65" Samsung hangs on it but I can't say I'm happy with it. The support team replied that they had never heard of these problems. This is strange as others have complained in reviews. In the end they offered me a refund but I declined.It's on the wall so it doesn't seem entirely fair to take their money.If you have a different choice of mounts I would steer clear of this particular one.
