Excellent bed skirt. I no longer have to struggle with changing gears, which is a relief! And I just LOVE the color. It's not bright white. Definitely cream or even ivory (NOT cream). But I've seen it in other reviews and it's exactly what I wanted, so I agree. Looks old fashioned but is new. Exactly what I was looking for. It's not too fancy which I feared. So if you're looking for something super tousled and girly, this may not be for you. He definitely has charm and his eyes are very pretty. But my husband didn't giggle when he saw it, so I knew it wasn't "frou frou" as he likes to put it. "cream" duvet set (Cosy House 1800 collection - so it's really beige, not cream, so I got it. And OMG how SOFT these duvet sets are!) I also bought these upholstery pins (I don't remember the brand but they are on amazon there are 12 of these in a pack and I have two pouches I think they are about $5 a pack) and they worked like a charm! I haven't had a single problem with this skirt since I wore it almost two weeks ago. I usually fix my bed skirt twice a week. Even if I didn't have needles it seems very easy to adjust this skirt as it just wraps around the bed. There are two "levels" of elastic on the elastic in case your bed is higher or lower. This was perfect for me because I used the bottom "step" which gave me all that extra fabric to tuck under the mattress and that's where I placed the pins. I love that it's just a solid ruffle, it has no corners. sewn in. So if I want to turn my bed into a day bed/sofa, I can just adjust the elastic. Not like my last skirt which had 3 sides and corners. I've wanted to turn my bed over and put some comfy pillows on top to turn it into a day bed for so long, and now I can. I just LOVE this skirt! I'm thinking of buying another one for my guest room!
