Full Disclosure: I haven't installed this on my printer yet. But I wanted to address the main things I've seen in some other reviews.1. I thought I got 3 because there were only 3 cardboard envelopes. But in each envelope are 2 as if glued together. In the beginning it's hard to say.2. As I mentioned before, there are cardboard envelopes so they were all flat on arrival. So much so that I didn't immediately realize there were two of them in one envelope.
