Review on Miele HEPA AirClean 30 Filter (2 Pack): Superior Air Filtration for a Cleaner Home by Lisa Volkman

We have bought a new Miele vacuum cleaner which we have been using for many years. It was time to replace the filter after a few years and when we bought this one we realized it didn't matter. To this day I hesitate to buy from Revain again because we think we received a defective filter; The smell is awful and we didn't have that smell problem with the old filter which was a few years old. Every time we use the vacuum cleaner the house smells awful so we have to use a completely different vacuum cleaner until we buy another Miele replacement. Not sure if it's a bad filter or if they sent us a used one etc but it's terrible and very disappointing. I'm just REALLY glad I didn't buy two packs because we'd be on the road almost twice as much. Hopefully this will trigger a response from the seller or from Revain and we can get a refund as this purchase has done more harm [by causing bad smell] than good. I would like to buy a new filter, but now I doubt it.
