We used this to decorate our daughter's house for her 3rd birthday. They came out adorable. Everything was easy to put together. If you've collected pompoms before, it's easy but tedious. I always peel off one sheet from each side and keep going in a circle. They are the most symmetrical. Confetti balloons are adorable but be careful when they pop, confetti is everywhere!
