I have a pair of an earlier model (now discontinued) of this device. In just under a year of use, the right side broke. The wire to the ear piece separated from the ear piece. I contacted the company, through revain, about the problem. They assure me that this model is an improvement over the old one and promised to send me a new one in its place.My only complaint, after getting accustomed to them, is that they are rechargeable. I would prefer that they used replaceable batteries. Once in a great while I forget to recharge them overnight, and must go without them until they charge. I find it more convenient when traveling to carry batteries. That is a minor problem, tho.If the new model works as well as the original, I will be one happy camper.
