Works Great! No more sitting around filling and tying water balloons. You can literally have several hundred balloons in minutes. Fill the bucket with some water. Attach the water hose to the balloon and turn on the water. If you fill too much they will burst easily, and if you don't fill enough they will burst harder and can burn. :-)
