The packaging is not good

These trees are very cute but they were packed in a tiny box which caused the branches to separate so there is now a big gap in the tree. They don't look like they will bounce back and you won't be able to bend the branches back into place. When you try to separate them you also have to pull quite hard and it looks like the tree will snap or rip branches off, but it doesn't. I'm still debating whether to keep the item or return it, although I'm not sure how to get them all back in the box.
