I was looking for a simple long sleeve shirt for my daughter to wear under her school uniform and the TOPS COUTURE Classic girls top seemed to fit the bill. The navy blue was perfect and the sheer fabric felt light and comfortable. However, when we received the top and my daughter tried it on, we quickly realized that it was definitely more sheer than we expected. While it may be ok for younger girls, I found it too enlightening for my teenage daughter. The one-size-fits-all aspect of the top was also a bit of an issue - it was a bit tight for my daughter (who is on the smaller side) and I think it would be even tighter for a size 12 kid. Despite that Despite these issues, the top is still wearable and my daughter loves the look. I appreciate that it's kosher and humble, and the crew-neck design is definitely school-appropriate. Overall, I'd give Tops Couture Classic Girls Top three stars out of five - it's not exactly brilliant, but it does the job.
